Photo Tips : Rules of third

Introduction
Hello,This is Muerte. Today, I introduce "Rules of thirds" which helps you to arrange a photographic object.

When I try to take or trim a photo, I think " where should I arrange this photographic object?!".

The rules of thirds is good for such situations. This rules means dividing a photo into 3 areas, and arrange a object to the 4 intersections which you like. 4 intersections is below.

Today's sample photos are below. This photo was taken at "". The SIM looks very cold and some animals like fox were staying. Very calm situation fits the winter image.

The latter photo brings tight images for us. Accordingly like this, rules of 3rd is good & simple way to arrange a object, when you are at a loss what to do.

But this rules isn't almighty. Sometimes, professional photographers don't use the rule on purpose. You have a tight image of a photo, leaving from the rules makes a fantastic photo.

Photoshop for beginers : retoucing by Lens filter

Hello. This is Muerte. Today, I introduce "how to use Lens filter". This skill is very simple and speedy.

Today's Sample Photo
today, I try to retouch this warm image photo. The original photo is below. This SS was taken at "Isla Menorca". The SIM has warm & blossomed much.


1.Select photo layer & click "Lens Filter".


2.adjust slider. & finish.


All processes are these 2 steps. This retouching will be very hard & painful if you try without lins filter. Lens filter is useful, because this command don't bother original photo date, so you can change anytime.

Basic use of Lens Filter
Lens filter used to be taken for retouching bad photo image. For example, too obscure sky, very dark sea and more.

Some another lens filters are loaded already. You can use another yellow type, blue types and original types which you can select color. Samples are below.

Photoshop Tips for beginner : Blight/Contrast

Today's entry is Photoshop Tips for beginners who want to adjust your SS.  How to use "Blight/Contrast" tool is today's menu.

"Blight" is the tools for changing blight & dark, "Contrast" changes photo's light & darkness. This tool is useful for PS beginners to impress own SS.

Before retouching !
Before retouching your SS, there is necessary to think about the "goal". Retouching is very interesting, but many changes of photo makes bad effects.

1st, you have to watch your SS objectively. Today's sample photo was shoot from "J Peace island". Very quiet and elaborate SIM.

This SS is a little weak, dark and drowsy, so I 'll try to make more blight and a little vivid.

Try Retouching
1.blight +15.

2.contrast +20

These 2 step made the SS more blight and vivid.

BAD examle
 
This photo is blight+55 & contrast+34. It looks like good for my goal that I formulated first.

However, This photo delete gradation of sky , and panel's word "BICYCLE" blight like illumination. This retouching killed original image too much.

In general, you have to avoid these situations. Of course, if you formulate your goal as this type of photo, these retouching is not bad.

about Motion Caputure #1

There are many Motion Capture Systems. Today, I try to introduce the type of motion capture.


1. by Optics
Motion Capture by Optics is the most famous way to get a motion date. Actor's motion is captured by many cameras, and a actor wears special suits for getting motion date.

This way is good for actor's free motion, because the suits that the actor wear is light. But taking capture system by optics is very expensive. Optics camera is needed many, and special studio is required to set cameras.

2.by Magnetic
Motion capture by magnetic is built by magnetic area and censers. This way is good for realizing 3D space that actors play (I've never seen this system, so this item is ambiguity).

This way is not good for actor's movement, because magnetic area that censers can work is very ｓsmall. And the other magnetic things (like towers, antennas..) prevents motion capture from working good.

3. by radio (or Wireless)
Motion capture by wireless machine is constructed by special suits which includes transmitter.

This way is good for getting close actor's date, this way is used for body parts capturing (like only hands, foot or like so). but this style isn't good for getting active date like dance, because transmitters are very heavy.

And there are a few other ways to get motion capture date.

Photo Trimming

Hello. Today, I'll write about photo tips to trimming Screen Shots. It has been well documented anyplace, so today's entry may be obsolescence.

Photo Ratio & Screen Ratio
Photo ratio size is  provided strictly. For example, "L size" is 89ｍｍ*127mm in Japan. Meanwhile, PC screen size is scattered.

Therefore, If you take SS of SL or MMOs, there are many SS which has each ratio size. But  this SS size photo is not good for printing (in RL) or like so.

What should we do?
If you want to print your SS on print paper, there is necessary to do "trimming".

In general, trimming is taken by Photoshop like softwares. Today, I try to trimming SL SS by 1680*1050 monitor size.

Old photos were flamed by white space in each side. It helps your SS to be more like photo.

Searching for Animation Vendor

Now, I'm making some MOCAP animations, but I need an Animation Vendor to sell my animation.

Requirements
1. I want embed many animations (5 animations more).
2. vendor has arrows to change animations.
3. small prims.
4. vendor permits modify.
5. vendor hand over a Notecard to customers.
6. vendor sends messages to me if animations are sold.
7. low price!

I searched on google, 2 vendors was hit. "1 prim Animation Vendor" & "Animation Vendor V2.1.0".

I understood via trial and error, vendor script is difficult... and I want to change texture of its. There are many problems to solve...

I’m Muerte Daralia (inworld name). My SecondLife life is still a little history, but I had played FF11 (FinalFantasy XI) for a long time. In FFXI, I played as Tarutaru BST.

In SL, I’m interested in creating Avatar’s Animation. I want to eventually open a animation shop in SL.

I have opportunities to use the MOCAP (Motion Capture), so I make avatar animations via MOCAP. But I’m amateur about making objects like building, and Linden Script. Therefore I’m studying about them.

At Making Animation, I’ll make animations what I want to use. But, I want my animation be used and enjoyed many people. So please give me your messages like “I want this Animation!”, “I want embed this Animation to my Object!”.

I can use MOCAP system, so I am able to make smooth animations. If you can’t stand ready-made-animations, please call me.

Hello, I'm Muerte Daralia. This blog describes the animation used in virtual Worlds called the "Metaverse".

My main activity is where are some MMOs & SecondLife. Now, I want to open a Animation & Poses shop in SL.

I can use the motion capture system (MOCAP). Recently, this technology may not be very rare, but MOCAP is a very innovative technology for CG movies, Video games and more. I want ordinary people enjoy Animation date made by MOCAP.

I'm thinking of two things. People what you are looking for.What should make me do.To clear these issues in the near future, but I intend to sell them in Second Life and other Metaverse.
